Quickies: How Relevant is Your Public Library?

A few weeks ago (I know, I'm backed up...) I driving was driving around close to the Wisconsin border and by happenstance tuned into this broadcast, discussing the relevance of public libraries in the 21st Century and their future.  It is eerie how sometimes the radio knows what your interests are.
